I have a Ph.D. in Organization & Management, specializing in International Business. The subject of my dissertation is Israeli expatriate managers, an empirical study in knowledge transfer and retention.
In April 2006, I became the Program Chair of the MBA program at the Online campus of the American International University (AIU on line). I then filled for the Bachelor of Business Chair, and from November 2009 till December 2010, I was the Business Chair for all the three degrees, MBA, BBA, and AABA. I transitioned to the job of Lead Faculty for Strategic Management and International Business on December 1, 2010.
