Developing a core competence in formative assessment to students papers, and course writing following Blooms taxonomy.

Courses in International Business

Designing a concentration in Finance with a course in Derivatives

Designing a Bachelor Degree in Accounting

Designing a Master Degree in Accounting, both Degrees leading to sitting for the CPA exams

Supervising the work of Faculty in the following disciplines: Management, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Health Care Management, Human Relations, Marketing, Project Management, Operations Management, Organizational Development and Psychology, and International Business, and Law.
